*St.George*

Every year for last 3 years my mom and sister head to St.George to spend sometime with my Grandma.  The last 2 years Drake and I have tagged along.  We have so much fun, and are so Thankful to Nanna & Great Grandma for letting coming.  I did tell Skyler though next year...MOMMA will be going WITHOUT the kids!!! Don't think he likes that idea too much..

*SurPriSe*

I had my 20 week BIG appointment today! I was so excited to go in make sure everything is going well, for them to tell me baby Boston was healthy. My mom, Drake and Skyler were going to go with me. My mom, Drake and I were there, got checked in and I thought we were going to have to wait. I walked my check-in slip to the box and the ultrasound lady was ready for me. Skyler wasn't there yet! I laid on the table and got all ready.  As the lady was doing the ultrasound she said to me," Do you want me to check the gender?" I told her "YES, that Dr.Hall was 90% sure it was a BOY"  So, she started  back doing her thing. She kinda had a little chuckle in her voice and said " it's not a boy...it's a GIRL!" All I said was "WHAT"(with my hands over my face) I looked at my mom and just started to laugh..
  She checked AGAIN,AGAIN and AGAIN.....sticking with her answer.. When Skyler walked in, I said to him honey Sit down. He just looked at me and said what?  I began to tell him "it's a GIRL!" all he said was "SHUT UP" I just looked at him and said "No, it really is a GIRL!"  As, we both sat there in Shock, the ultrasound tech did her thing. Everything looks GREAT. Baby is developing perfectly.
    So, to our SURPRISE it's a GIRL!  I'm a little overwhelmed and have cried a few tears, not because I'm not happy it's a Girl but because I was so set on having another boy!  We are so Excited for this next little adventure of having a little girl! I just need to relax and stop being such a Planner!

~Christmas 2009~

We had a Fabulous Christmas this year. It was so much fun having Drake be a little older and understanding a little more. I was so excited I couldn't sleep!!! So I woke up around 6:30 and watched tv for alittle bit...couldn't wait any longer..around 7 I went in and woke Drake up!

  I asked him if he wanted to see what Santa brought to him, he told me "NO!" grabbed his blanket and rolled over. I wasn't having any luck....Skyler came in and said, "Drake do you want to see if Santa brought you any TRUCKS?"  I wish I had my camera handy to catch the look on Drake's face..he looked up and with JOY in his eyes said,"TRUCKS" jumped up and handed mommy his buddy (blanket) and he was ready to play with Trucks!  SoRry for the picture overload!

All in all we had a Great day! It's great to have a day to spend with family.  We love all of you & hope you all had a wonderful day as we did!

The annual Vineyard Family Christmas party was yesterday, Sunday 13. Santa ALWAYS comes to visit the kids.  Well, this is Drake sitting on Santa's lap!  It's so funny that he DOESN'T want to sit on Santa's lap, because he LOVES Santa. He just isn't so sure about him up close I guess. Whenever we go to the mall,watch a movie with Santa in it, or he see's a picture of Santa he is So EXCITED and either waves, points while saying"Ho..Ho..Ho". I guess he takes after his dad when it comes to SANTA..(skyler cried too when he was little!) 
  I just couldn't resist on taking this picture though...one day he will laugh!

**Snow Day**

On Sunday the 6, my Dad called and said "Make sure you bring your stuff for sledding". So we packed up all the winter gear and headed to my parents(like we do EVERY Sunday) for dinner and Sledding.  Drake was so EXCITED to play in the SNOW!  Skyler put Drake on his lap for a ride on the sled,*I didn't get a still picture of that only video sorry* He loved it!! Didn't really like when the SNOW went in his face!  When they came back Drake had the BIGGEST SMILE on his face!  Then it was DADDY'S turn....*see the excitement on his face* Sled attached to 4-wheeler= good time! Thanks Dad for the fun time!

It's a.....

I went to the Dr. today to find out what the Gender of our baby will be...I didn't have anyone come with me because I wanted it to be a Surprise...So this is how I told Skyler the big news...

It's a BOY!!!

his name will be BOSTON

We are so Excited to be having another little boy joining our family and can't wait until May for him to arrive...
